Hi, I'm Stephanie!
I'm a certified health coach and juice therapist who helps people harness the power of juicing, seasonal cleanses and a whole food, plant based lifestyle so they can lower their cholesterol and blood pressure naturally and achieve and maintain a healthy weight and avoid unnecessary pills and procedures.
I grew up as a BBQ eating Dr. Pepper drinking Texan. But now I'm a granola crunching, green juicing sipping Coloradoan. I enjoy hiking and exploring the mountains with my husband in our Jeep, and taking our dog Sophie for long walks.
But perhaps more relevant to you, I've studied plant-based nutrition and juicing and have earned my health coaching and juice therapy certifications. I'm the author of The Complete Juicing Recipe Book - 360 Easy Recipes for a Healthier Life, and I have had the honor of helping many people improve their health through my coaching programs, weekly newsletter and videos.
